She takes a mindful approach to therapy and incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Goal-Oriented Therapy in her work with clients. Kelli offers a safe and unbiased environment as individuals journey through the process of developing a healthier and happier sense of self and well-being.
Kelli Jones, LCSW has dedicated her career to the field of social work and has worked in clinical, medical, and school settings. She has successfully worked with individuals, and families, to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, school-related challenges, peer relationships, self-esteem, and family conflict.
Kelli believes that "when you take care of yourself first, you are better able to care for others, and be happier and more successful in your own life." She will work together with you as you take steps toward your own personal journey of healing and change and will take great effort to ensure that you have a safe, encouraging, and motivational experience.
Kelli received her Bachelors of Arts and Science from Butler University and her Masters of Social work from Indiana University. She continues to support higher education as a BSW/MSW Field Instructor.
