Meet Andrea Aichele, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who brings steady compassion, clinical expertise, and a grounding presence to her work with clients from many walks of life. Andrea is deeply committed to helping individuals heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, and feel more connected to themselves and the people they love.

Andrea has specialized training in trauma-informed care and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She provides a safe, supportive environment for clients processing difficult experiences, grief, loss, or long-standing emotional pain. Her approach is gentle, empowering, and strength-based allowing clients to move forward at a pace that feels right.

Andrea is also passionate about perinatal mental health. As a PMH-C clinician through Postpartum Support International and a volunteer coordinator with the organization, she offers compassionate support to pregnant and postpartum individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, birth trauma, or adjustment challenges during this vulnerable and transformative season.

Andrea works with a diverse range of clients, including college students, young adults, and student-athletes who are navigating identity, performance pressure, relationship stress, and emotional regulation. Her work encourages resilience, confidence, and personal growth—helping each client develop tools to manage stress and build a balanced, meaningful life.

She also supports children ages 4–12 through playful, evidence-based interventions that make therapy approachable while equipping parents with practical guidance and support.

For clients seeking it, Andrea can incorporate a Christian perspective into therapy, blending faith-aligned support with evidence-based clinical care. This is offered gently and only when requested, ensuring all clients feel valued and welcomed regardless of background or belief.

Andrea earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Ball State University and her Master of Social Work from IUPUI. She is licensed in Indiana, Florida, and Missouri, and offers virtual therapy through video, phone, and email.

When she's not supporting clients, Andrea enjoys running and creating music as these activities fuel her own wellness and creativity.
