Emma earned her Master of Social Work in Advanced Clinical Practice from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She specializes in trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing blending evidence-based strategies with genuine compassion. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or a major life transition, Emma meets you with curiosity, respect, and encouragement.
Outside of her work, Emma enjoys giving her dog the best life possible, exploring pottery and watercolor painting, and attending cultural festivals in her neighborhood.
Based in Chicago, Emma is licensed in Illinois and Florida and offers therapy through video and phone, including evening appointments. She accepts several insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Oxford, and United Healthcare.
