Emma Flores is a Licensed Social Worker who believes that healing happens through connection, self-discovery, and practical strategies that empower individuals to take control of their mental health. With a Master of Social Work in Advanced Clinical Practice from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Emma specializes in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction techniques.

Emma has extensive experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. She has worked in both community and clinical settings, helping clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and navigate challenges with confidence. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply personalized—ensuring that every client feels heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their life.

Emma is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Korean.

In addition to giving her dog the best life possible, Emma enjoys pottery, watercolor painting, and cultural festivals in her neighborhood.

Based in Chicago, Emma is licensed to see clients in the state of Illinois.  She provides services via video and phone with evening appointments available.
